Our workmanship is covered for five years, giving you confidence in the quality of our installations.
Where a defect is confirmed to result from our workmanship, we take responsibility for the necessary remedial work, including reasonable making good.
Lifetime Workmanship Commitment
Our responsibility does not automatically end after five years.
Where a genuine workmanship defect becomes apparent later, our commitment continues for the reasonable service life of the original installation, while JP Concept London Ltd continues to trade, subject to our published terms.
Up to 10-Year Vaillant Manufacturer Guarantee
Selected Vaillant boilers may benefit from an extended manufacturer guarantee of up to 10 years.
The applicable period depends on the boiler model, installation arrangements, registration and manufacturer requirements.

& Waterproofing
Bathroom construction, waterproofing systems, shower installations and associated workmanship within our contracted scope.
Tiling & Architectural Finishes
Substrate preparation, wall and floor tiling, natural stone installation and precision architectural detailing.
Plumbing & Drainage
Installation workmanship relating to hot and cold water supplies, waste systems, drainage connections and associated pipework.
Joinery, Building Works & Electrical Installations
Joinery, associated building works and electrical installation workmanship undertaken within the agreed project scope.
Heating & Mechanical Systems
Workmanship associated with heating installations, pipework, mechanical equipment and integrated building systems undertaken by us.
Coverage applies to defects attributable to our workmanship, subject to the full warranty terms.

Our 5-Year Workmanship Warranty provides clear protection during the initial five years following project completion.
Our Lifetime Workmanship Commitment reflects a deeper principle: we take responsibility for genuine workmanship defects arising from our original work, even when they become apparent after the initial warranty period.
Where our workmanship is established as the cause, we remain committed to correcting the defect for the reasonable service life of the installation, while JP Concept London Ltd continues to trade.
This commitment applies to the original client and does not replace routine maintenance, servicing or normal component replacement.
Because standing behind our work should mean more than issuing a warranty certificate.
MANUFACTURER GUARANTEE
Vaillant Boiler Protection
Selected Vaillant boilers installed as part of our heating and hot water projects may benefit from an extended manufacturer guarantee of up to 10 years.
The guarantee provides additional protection against qualifying boiler defects, subject to the selected model, registration and Vaillant's applicable terms.
The Vaillant manufacturer guarantee operates separately from our own workmanship protection.
Our 5-Year Workmanship Warranty and Lifetime Workmanship Commitment continue to apply to qualifying installation workmanship undertaken by us.

Our warranty covers defects caused by errors or omissions in workmanship undertaken by us or our appointed subcontractors within the agreed project scope.
Where a covered defect is confirmed, we arrange the reasonably necessary corrective work, including labour, materials and associated making good, without charge.

No. Our commitment concerns genuine workmanship defects.
It does not provide free routine maintenance, servicing, cleaning, consumable replacement, normal wear-and-tear repairs or upgrades.

The actual duration depends on the boiler model, registration, installation requirements and manufacturer conditions.
