We are so grateful to The Flush Royale for helping us restore our home after a devastating flood. While we were away on holiday, a fault with the hot water cylinder in the loft caused flooding to around half of our house. Coming home to that was incredibly upsetting, and having the right people to guide us through the restoration made a huge difference.

His guidance with our insurance claim was invaluable, and we particularly appreciate his help in securing payment from our insurer for the restoration work. He explained what needed to be done clearly and helped us make informed decisions at a very stressful time.

I found The Flush Royale when I was looking to fix the results of a disastrous renovation done by another builder. Dariusz, the owner, came to do the inspection and quote himself, and immediately impressed us with his knowledge and transparency. Knowing what we had just been through, he offered previous clients to reference, which I really appreciated. The workmen on the job, which included a total refit of the bathroom we'd just renovated including electrical, were great and very skilled. We live overseas, and had to take over management of an unfortunate severe leak in our flat in London from our letting agent.
