Our Process
At The Flush Royale, every project follows a structured process designed to ensure technical accuracy, careful preparation and long-term reliability.
From the initial assessment to the final inspection, each stage is planned and executed with precision and respect for the property.
1. Project Assessment
Every project begins with a detailed assessment of the existing space, structure and installation requirements. This stage allows us to identify technical considerations, plan the scope of work and prepare an accurate, itemised quotation.
Clear planning from the beginning ensures transparency and avoids unnecessary complications later in the project.
2. Preparation & Protection
Before work begins, we carefully prepare the site and protect surrounding areas of the property. Floors, furniture and existing finishes are covered and secured to maintain a clean and safe working environment throughout the project.
Respect for the property is a fundamental part of our working standards.
3. Structural Preparation
Durable results always begin with proper preparation beneath the surface.
Where necessary we reinforce substrates, install appropriate backer boards, waterproofing systems and ensure that all structural surfaces are stable and ready for installation.
This stage is essential for the long-term performance of the finished installation.
4. Precision Installation
All installations are carried out with careful alignment, accurate fixing systems and attention to detail. Whether the project involves plumbing systems, tiling installations or architectural surfaces, each component is installed according to professional standards and best practices.
Our goal is not only a visually refined finish, but also reliable long-term performance.
5. Testing & Final Inspection
Before completion, all systems and installations are thoroughly inspected and tested. Pipework is pressure-tested, fixtures are checked and final adjustments are made to ensure everything operates correctly.
Only once every element meets our standards is the project considered complete.
6. Workmanship Guarantee
Every project is completed with a 5-year workmanship warranty certificate, provided in writing. This reflects our commitment to quality and long-term reliability of the installations we deliver.
